One-time engagements

Work on a one-time engagement begins when you supply the facts the analysis requires. If you contact us at [email protected] before analysis has begun, we will refund your payment in full. Once analysis has begun, fees are earned; if something has gone wrong, write us and we will make it right.

Subscriptions

Subscription offerings, where available, are billed on a recurring, month-to-month basis. You may end a subscription at any time, effective at the close of the current billing period; the current period is not prorated. Any period already delivered is not refundable.
